Powerdyne Pulley Swap / Any help???

Question. On my PowerDyne I pulled the main bolt off the pulley and there
is a notch on both the pulley and the impeller shaft, does anyone know how
to get that shim/key out to put the new pulley on???? I tried to gently
persuade the pulley loose with a screwdriver but it won't budge.
