Water Pump (and more) Project -- advice?

Well, in case I don't get anywhere SOON with Chrysler and my
cancelled service contract, I'm developing a plan to do the
work, and more, myself. First, I'm thinking about getting the
Flowcooler hi-po pump. Anyone using one that can comment? It
is about $60 more than an OEM replacement, but if it does what
it says it does and given the lifetime warranty, its probably
worth it.

I'm also planning on finally putting in the Robert Shaw 330-180
thermostat. Then, I was looking at what I'd have to remove to
get the water pump swapped, and thought that with the clutch fan
removed, I ought to put in an electric one. I've followed the
posts over the years, but I'm still not certain which model to
get. Guess it'll come down to price vs. CFM. Dare I ask for
advice on this?

To do all this, I also finally need to get a service manual.
Anybody got one available or know where I can get one for a
decent price? By the way, the reason I'm thinking of dropping
this much cash at once is that the wife said, "spend whatever
you need to to get your truck fixed." Sounds like a blank check
to me. ;) Doesn't a guy need to get the truck higher in the air
to change the water pump? I mean, as in suspension lift. ;)
