Check the battery first, does it have the amount of voltage, does it take a
load check. then check the main fuse blocks to see if the voltage is around
12-13 volts,coming from the battery. if so procede to ground connections, I
also think if the voltage amount going to the PCM is lower than 12 volts the
PCM has a spazz attack.
