You know one time, i read that it is illigal for the FCC to ban scanners
because it's legal to listen to anything thats out there... Now in theory..
wouldn't it be illigal for the Military posts, or the state of Virginia for
example, for them to ban radar detectors since all these do is monitor that
portion of the wave. exactly as a scanner does?
