That is correct...factory specs are at the crank, not the rear wheels.
190-195RWHP and about 260-270TQ is the average.
I know the "Street Screamer" package does this, I'm the owner of
SpeedTweaks, run that kit (plus a few additions) on my '97 V6, and
dyno'd the truck again a few days ago.
211RWHP/286RWTQ without the 40HP shot of Nitrous.
258RWHP/357RWTQ with the 40HP shot.
She also runs a 14.55 @ 96mph.

Subject: DML: 360 rear wheel hp and tq?
Does anyone have the rear wheel numbers for a stock 360? I've seen the
250hp/350tq, but that's at the crank, right? I'm trying to decide
between a 360 swap or rebuilding my 3.9L with the "Street Screamer" kit
from Speedtweaks. SpeedTweaks says it'll put out 209hp/277tq at the
rear wheels, but if that's not gonna come close to the 360 then I'll go
through the trouble for the extra power. Thanks again guys!
