Intake theory with superchargers.

I have a question/thought for you brains out there.

As some of you may know, I bought a used P/dyne s/c and have a few engine
questions related to that. I have a M-1 4bbl intake on my 360 right now.
Will I benefit from a MPI 2bbl intake since the 2-bbl will give me more
torque because of the longer runners?

My thoughts are that since the s/c is pressurizing the air, runner length no
longer makes any impact, and that the larger runners in the M-1 will allow
more airflow and more top-end power. Am I wrong?
