Pops truck did not have the towing package. It didn't even have the heavy
duty package. It was a 92 CC 5.2 auto with an open diff 3.55 rear end
straight off the lot because Pop doesn't special order anything.

I still believe that a properly installed hitch will haul a small gooseneck
or 5th wheel trailer without any problems.
