ECU ReplaceD - 92 Dak V8

I found an ECU in stock at a Dodge Dealership, it also had the best price,
just under $200. I replaced it, car runs fine now, no stalling.

But now the Maintenance Required light is on while driving. What controls
this light? I just replaced the oxygen sensor... what could it be?
