I have the Mopar one. It is hinged about 1/3 back from the cab. Open the
tailgate, undo the 2 spring loaded latches, and it pops up.

I might not have spent the coin for it myself (won it at the 2002 R/T Nats),
but I love it. Canvas outer, vinyl underside.
