Nah, you should have a strip of lawn to the water. Unless you're going to
find this lake access 20 acres inside a metro mosquito control zone...
Ever walk off the water into the woods at dusk after a long day on the
lake/river?

Aside from that, sounds pretty ideal. Except I'm discovering I'm an odd
one out in this crowd - I desire the socilization more than I thought I
did, as I discovered when I moved into my own apartment last spring from
the dorms.
