Which memory test?
There are bootable hardware diagnostic CDs out there. Just burn the
image and boot up in a to every diag test you can think of. Google for
"Ultimate Boot CD" or something like that.

How are you reading the temps? Sometimes those sensors are on the
motherboard, not the CPU, and they aren't always accurate. I have no
idea how your setup works, just something to check.
