On my '93 (v8, AT, 4x4, 3.90) the visor instructions were also clear, and
wrong! After several trips to the dealer complaining about how tough it was
to get into 4-Low (stopped in neutral) they gave me a new (warranty)
transfer case. This did not solve the problem. After more complaining and
several dealer calls to some tech line they found the problem - bad
documentation. I'm told that in '93, Dodge switched to a non-syncronized
transfer case after the problems they had with durability behind the new
Magnum engine in '92. So now I have to remember to put it in 4-low while
still rolling in neutral BEFORE I get stuck.
