New problem: Lack of Power

I was driving home after picking up Chinese food, and my Dak. seemed to miss
for a second... No big deal right??

Well... 2 minutes later, it did it again... Cruising along at 65 mph the truck
lost 10% power or so, droped down to 60 mph (with me pushing farther down on the
pedal), and then it 'hit' back to life and climbed up to 65 then faster (with my
foot buried)... I backed off and it was fine... This morning, it was a bit longer
turning over to start (sounding like my mom's old '67 Chrysler T&C station
wagon...whine.whine..whine..vroooom). I dismissed this as a one time affair,
but just now after getting lunch, it did it again... Kinda felt like it was
running on 6/7 cyl. for a few seconds, then sprang back to life.

I checked for error codes (55 end of test)...

    I just turned 46000 miles...

I have never changed the plug wires/cap/rotor.
I have never changed the fuel filter.
I changed the plugs to Bosch Plat.s 21000 miles ago.
I have ALWAYS run 92 octane, either Shell or Texaco gas.
All wiring harness/fuel injector connectors, etc. appear
    to be tight/OK.

HELP! Before I bend over at the dealer!!! (Uhh to pickup my wallet!);)

...Sam '95 SLT (Giving me an ulser at the moment!!)

                "Uhh..How much for the '97??"
