Thanks for the info, Chris. I'm probably going to change dealerships
for my service after this whole fiasco is over. Would calling the
regional rep. tick these guys off? I might enjoy doing it just for
spite if I wasn't such a nice guy. ;)

Screaming at the dealer is not nearly as effective as calling the
regional Chrysler rep. Your dealer can (and must) give you their
number.
They can also make the call on things like out of warranty repairs for
things you complained about in warranty.
