        This is where Flowtech must have taken the extra step that Gibson
didn't. The muffler, I'm sure, sits closer to the cat on this system.

} 92-95 - p/n 91940 standard and p/n 91940-1 for ceramic. 1 1/2" primaries,

        You'd see an improvement. How much? Hard to say. I'd be curious as
to the gains of a new Y-pipe without the headers and then with. At least
the '97 pipe isn't crimped anymore.

        Outside of California, so long as all your emissions equipment is
in place and the cat or cats are in place it should be completely legal.
No different than having a rotted exhaust replaced. Only difference
being larger pipe (again, this is outside of California's strict
emissions laws). Maybe I'm lucky here in Michigan. No emissions tests
at all. I could just pull the cat altogether if it wasnt' for the #2 O2
sensor.
