Ouch is right. Where was this done? I pay Valvoline ~$40 every 3K for the oil and filter change (synthetic oil) and I paid a bit over $20 for the dealer to rotate my 5 tires at 6K (With the Tire and Handling package the spare is a real tire and wheel)

I agree with you here. Unless a number of people agree with the dealer (what are the chances of that happening?;) I'll just go with the book.
