Here is the information I sent him and his reply
Plus the costs for some Amsoil (note prices are in Cdn dollars)

I currently have 2 vehicles that I maintain myself (oil/filter changed

I wish I had an answer for your down-load problem. What happens if you just
down load it but not put on disc?

"Is Amsoil better than any other name brand oil?"
Amsoil is not an oil, 100% synthetic, even the base stock. Synthetic and
petrolum oils are compared in tests that show the real difference. If you
receive the catalog, it shows them in graphs.
The Amsoil motor lubricants you need for your vehicle are the same SAE as
what in your manual. If you want an extended oil change interval that is
the least cost - XL-7500 5W-30 or XL-7500 10w-30. You get a 12,000 km. or
six months- whichever comes first- oil change interval. The lable has the
API Service symbol on it so that your dealer is impotent in trying to give
you a hard time when the warranty topic comes up. All of Amsoil's
lubricnats meet and exceed OEM requirements whether they display the API
symbol or not.
You do not need Amsoil's oil air filters to achieve the claimed 12,000 km.
interval.

This price may vary from the actual price quoted when ordering.

If you wish up to 40,000kms. and beyond between oil change intervals, you
need Amsoil's FullFlow Oil Fiters and Two-Stage Air Filters. within the
40,000 kms. you would need to change the oil filter at the 20,000 km. point
and service the air filter. You would only top-up the motor lube when
changing the filter at 20,000 kms. At the 40,000 kms. you would change the
Amsoil lube & filter, and service the air filter.

When you order oil and air filters, have vehicle model, size , year, engine
size & type handy. Even the existing filter numbers helps.
