Yes the lockup on the converter can and will be firmer and at a higher MPH after
you get the transgo kit put in that thing.
You need to adjust the TV cable. A rule of thumb is to have the tv valve all the
way dead ( pulled as far as it will go ) when you are at WOT. If then you get
erratic downshifting back it off about 1/6" at a time until you get it where you
like it.
You are going to have to do this any way after you put the VB kit in.
