Unless I floor it, It doesnt really start to get up and go until second
gear. I've got the 318, 5-speed, and 3.92SG with the tire/handling group
(255/65-15 tires).<<

I have the same configuration, and the same complaint. I think the reason
is that 3.92 is just too much gear. Our 1st gear is 16:1. Do you find in
normal driving that you want to shift out of 1st at around 7mph? My gears
are the only thing I would have ordered differently now, but when I switch
to 17" tires, I'm gonna get a slightly taller sidewall to lower my ratio
(numerically) a little, maybe 3.7.
