The latest sale of 15x8 stock wheels has got me thinking. Now I want to
lacate a complete set of these wheels to retro-fit onto my '92 CC. I have the
factory cast alloys, but I believe they are only 15 x 6". The newer 15 x 8's
would look great, and would allow me to mount wider tires. Just how wide is
the question. I'm confident that 255/60's would fit without a problem, but
I'd really like to put some 275/60's onto the 15 x 8 wheels. Has anyone put
275/60/15 tires onto their stock 15 x 8" wheels, are there any interference
problems, comments, etc?
I can already picture my truck with the updated wheels and tires, now I just
need to make it happen. Is there anyone out there with a complete set of 15 x
8's for sale?
