Weird. If its anything like the tickets in NY, you only need to show up
if you are going to plead innocent. If you want to plead guilty and pay
the fine, you can just fill out some stuff on the back of the ticket and
mail it in. (In NY, you have to send an SASE with it so those friggin'
cheapskates can send you back a receipt!!!) They trump up a violation,
rape my wallet for 75 bones and then make me send 'em an envelope with a 32
cent stamp so they can tell me "wham, bam, here's your receipt"?!!?!!!
GEEZ I hate those beaurocrats!! :-P
