CompCam or Hughes Cam vs. Emissions?

Ok folks,
I need your experience once again. My credit card is burning a hole in my
pocket. (But not for long, my wife comes back from a business trip tonight!)
I can't make up my mind between these two cams.
Here is the problem. Is anyone running a CompCam 20-604-8 or a Hughes
HER0612AL? I was wondering if anyone has any experience trying to get one
of these cams through the exhaust sniffer? Here is Northern Virginia, I
must face the emissions inquisition. Even though they are not 50-state
emissions exempt, if I can pass the sniffer test, that's all that matters
here. If it doesn't, I guess I will need to swap back to the stock cam,
computer, or something. I really don't want to swap the cam back if I don't
have to. I've also heard from the mechanics there are additives you can use
in your fuel to make it burn cleaner. Any thoughts here as well?
Please give me your feedback. I have a set of Mopar roller rockers and MPI
intake I'm installing. Figured since the engine will be torn down this far,
it only makes sense to do the cam at the same time. Thanks.
