Shaun,
i dont think any of the dodge lineup except maybe the shelby vipers or GTS
vipers have engine oil coolers. This would be an Extreme option for a
"normal" truck, even the R/T. You can cetainly put one on your truck, but
youll have to use an oil filter "sandwich" adapter or a remote oil
filter/adaptor set up.

I have the same group in my 98 Dak... It comes with the oil cooler, or at
least mine has both a tranny and oil cooler (there's a ton of radiators
sandwiched up front ^_^) so I'd be suprised if your's didn't have one two,
unless the dealership ordered a really strange package set. Having a tranny
cooler without an oil cooler is kinda like butter without bread...

I have a 98 Dakota, with HD Service Group, so I have a tranny cooler.
For those of you who tow trailers in the 4000+ weight, is it worth adding
an engine oil cooler? How about adding a bigger tranny oil cooler (the
one installed seems a bit wussy, but maybe that is because it is addition
to one that is inside of the radiator?)
