recommendations on MOPAR or 3rd party extras

If everything goes as planned, my '00 Quad Cab 4x4 4.7L auto should be
arriving today.

There are several things I want that are not included. I can either ask the
dealer to add them using the MOPAR parts, or add them myself using 3rd party
stuff. For the following, which is best? If 3rd party is best, which and
from where?

Alarm System (MOPAR $150+++)

Skid plates (MOPAR $130)

Class IV receiver hitch (MOPAR $157-$275)

Tow Hooks ??

Bed Liner ??

Brush Guard ??
