Well I heard that they will both benefit . Benz will have access to
Chrysler's massive research and development tools , as well as more
production and testing facilities in North America . Chrysler will in turn
gain much more exposure in Europe and other countries overseas .
Chrysler should also benefit from the fit and finish standards of Benz , as
well as the overall Q.C. standards .
I call this a new global force in the world auto market and a definite
win/win for both sides .
